I am a psychologist (Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw) and a psychotherapist certified by the Polish Society for Integrative Experiential Psychotherapy and Social Education – INTRA Association. I live and work in Warsaw. I conduct individual psychotherapy with adults. Working in the humanistic-experiential approach, I refer, among others, to focusing and emotion-focused therapy (Certified Emotion-Focused Therapist, ISEFT). Drawing on my knowledge of psychology, I have run workshops and developed training programmes for NGOs and business clients.
